Cityscraper is an AI-driven platform that revolutionizes real estate insights by offering market overviews, automated valuations, and comprehensive analytics. The platform enables real estate professionals, investors, and developers to make informed decisions by providing accurate, real-time data, predictive trends, and precise property valuations. With advanced search filters, dynamic maps, and detailed reports, Cityscraper empowers users to understand market dynamics, assess investment opportunities, and forecast development success.

I designed the complete web application for Cityscraper, working closely with Ilija, the founder, through numerous design meetings and iterations. This collaboration ensured that the final design met both of our expectations. From initial wireframes to the final design, the project spanned three months, covering both the web application and website. I designed and developed Citysraper website in Webflow.

I designed several key features for Cityscraper that go beyond standard property listings. The platform offers an in-depth Market Overview, including real-time data and precise Automated Valuation powered by sophisticated algorithms. I also worked on the Interactive Map Search, making it intuitive and filter-rich. Users can explore Instant Property Insights with just a click, while the Market Reports feature provides a comprehensive analytical dashboard. The platform stands out for its transparency and clear, upfront pricing, empowering users—from real estate agents to home seekers—to make informed decisions.
