Short Summary
The co-founder, Nebojsa, reached out to me because his team wanted to visually test several new ideas and features for their already established product. The project involved more than 12 different concepts (features), and they needed to see how these could look and feel once integrated into the existing system. My role was to design these features and create prototypes for testing. The main objective was to provide them with a clear visual representation to guide their product roadmap and future development priorities.

Thinkhome is an innovative web application designed to streamline the home buying process. It offers a unique platform for real estate professionals and buyers to interact with property data, enhancing decision-making through intuitive, user-friendly features. By leveraging advanced tools such as virtual tours, 3D property models, and detailed analytics, Thinkhome helps users make more informed choices, boosting engagement and sales in the real estate market.
As this project is under an NDA agreement, I’m only able to showcase a few screens. This project was incredibly enjoyable, as it gave us the opportunity to exchange ideas and see them come to life before development began.

The property details screen provides users with comprehensive information about the property, including property 3D view, room plans, payment dynamics, tax calculations, and available credit options. It allows users to review essential details at a glance and interact with dynamic tools to estimate costs and financing options. This feature ensures a seamless experience by offering all necessary information in one place, aiding in the decision-making process.
The 3D interactive interface allows users to search and explore various properties, viewing details and availability in real time. This feature provides an engaging and intuitive way to navigate the property listings, offering users a dynamic and immersive experience to help them find the right property.
